The light sensor built into the VELUX ACTIVE with NETATMO sensor controls measures the sunlight in every room and adapts the opening and closing of your VELUX blinds and roller shutters. To ensure it works optimally, place a VELUX ACTIVE with NETATMO sensor in each room.

I don’t have a motorised roof window. Can I still use the VELUX App Control or VELUX ACTIVE with NETATMO?
If you want to use VELUX App Control or VELUX ACTIVE with NETATMO, but do not have a motorised roof window, you can install a solar motorisation kit (KSX100) on your manual windows. Visit the VELUX website for more information.
I have VELUX App Control. Will I be able to use VELUX ACTIVE with NETATMO later?
If you have the VELUX App Control gateway, you can use VELUX ACTIVE with NETATMO at any time by adding one or more sensor controls to your installation.
Are the VELUX smart solutions compatible with the main voice assistants?
The VELUX App Control and VELUX ACTIVE with NETATMO solutions are compatible with Google Home and Siri via Apple HomeKit.
Are my VELUX products compatible with VELUX App Control and VELUX ACTIVE with NETATMO?
The VELUX App Control and VELUX ACTIVE with NETATMO solutions are compatible with all motorised products from the VELUX INTEGRA® range: roller shutters, indoor blinds, roof windows or motorisations for roof windows.
